Please read before entering. These rules define eligibility, voting, the $2,500 prize limit, and installation exclusions. By entering or voting, you agree to follow them.

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by Floor Trader Outlet Twin Falls, 305 Shoshone Street S, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old, own the entered residence or have the owner’s written permission, and whose entered installation address is within 45 road miles of the Sponsor’s Twin Falls showroom. Employees, owners, installers regularly engaged by Sponsor, advertising partners, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. One entry per household.

3. Contest period

Entries open September 28, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and close October 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Finalist voting opens October 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and closes November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Sponsor’s system is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Visit this website during the entry period and submit the required contact information, installation address, approximate kitchen dimensions, story, and exactly three current photographs showing the kitchen floor. No purchase or payment is necessary. Entries must be truthful, complete, suitable for a general audience, and submitted by the homeowner or with the homeowner’s written permission.

5. Photos and privacy

Entrants must own the photographs and must not include people, minors, house numbers, mail, private documents, or third-party copyrighted material. Sponsor may crop, resize, caption, and publish submitted photographs and the entrant’s first name, city, and story for contest administration and promotion. Full addresses, phone numbers, last names, and email addresses will not be displayed publicly.

6. Finalist selection

Sponsor expects to select up to ten eligible finalists based on the visible condition and dated appearance of the floor, the entrant’s story, photograph clarity, and the project’s suitability for the advertised makeover. Sponsor may select fewer finalists if it receives too few qualified entries. Finalists may be asked to verify eligibility before publication.

7. Public voting

Each person may cast one vote using one valid email address during the voting period. Automated, purchased, exchanged, scripted, duplicate, or otherwise manipulated votes are prohibited. Sponsor may review device, network, timing, and submission patterns; remove invalid votes; request verification; and disqualify an entry connected to manipulation. Displayed vote totals, if any, are unofficial. Sponsor’s audited count is final. If eligible finalists tie, Sponsor will decide the winner based on floor condition, story, and makeover suitability.

8. Winner

The eligible finalist with the highest audited total of valid public votes will be the potential winner. Sponsor expects to announce the winner on November 4, 2026. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours, provide requested eligibility and tax documentation, permit an on-site inspection, and sign Sponsor’s winner, installation, publicity, and property-owner releases. If the potential winner does not qualify, Sponsor may name the eligible finalist with the next-highest audited vote total.

9. Prize

One winner will receive a kitchen floor makeover with an approximate retail value of up to $2,500. The prize includes qualifying in-stock flooring selected with Sponsor, standard installation, and basic floor preparation as determined by Sponsor after inspection. The prize is limited to the entered kitchen at the verified installation address and must be scheduled on dates mutually available to Sponsor and its installer.

10. Prize exclusions

The prize does not include structural subfloor repair, extensive leveling or moisture mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos or hazardous-material testing or removal, plumbing, electrical work, cabinet or island alteration, appliance modification, painting, trim or baseboards, permits, work outside the kitchen, premium or special-order materials, or costs above $2,500. Any additional work or upgrades require a separate written agreement and payment by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a comparable material or prize component if necessary. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

11. Site inspection and safety

Award is subject to a satisfactory on-site measure and condition review. Sponsor may refuse or modify the project if installation would be unsafe, unlawful, outside ordinary installation standards, or materially different from the submitted information. Discovery of hazardous materials or conditions outside the included scope may require the winner to arrange and pay for correction before installation.

12. Taxes and publicity

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to provide a completed Form W-9. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may photograph and record the measurement, selection, installation, and completed project and may use the winner’s first name, city, story, likeness, voice, and before-and-after project images for advertising without additional compensation.

13. Conduct and limitations

Sponsor may disqualify entries containing false information, unsafe conduct, inappropriate material, rights violations, vote manipulation, or interference with the contest. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, disaster, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair administration. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted service, lost uploads, incompatible devices, or late or incomplete submissions.

14. Platforms and law

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform. Entrants release those platforms from contest-related claims. The contest is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Idaho. Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, administration, vote validity, and prize fulfillment are final.
